Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items (primarily burgers, fries, and other small bites) according to recipes and restaurant standards.
Maintain high food quality and presentation at all times.
Ensure the kitchen is clean, organized, and meets all safety and health regulations.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Assist in prepping ingredients and maintaining stock levels.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience working as a line cook, preferably in a high-volume, casual dining restaurant.
Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Must be punctual, reliable, and a team player.
Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
