Our full-service Mexican restaurant is looking for an experienced line cook to join our team. This cook should have the potential to act as a shift supervisor and lead the entire line during service. Note - this person must have their Food Handlers card. Must have at least 5 years experience cooking in a busy kitchen. Strong communication skills is ideal.
The right candidate will prepare food and follow our recipes. They will assist with setting up the kitchen stations and prepping food where necessary. They will ensure that the kitchen and their station meets all food safety standards and requirements.
