We are looking for a Part time & Full time Line Cook with open availability. Weekend availability is a must! This position will be ideal for someone who has experience as a Prep Cook and is looking to grow/learn to be a Line Cook, or someone who has experience as both Prep and Line Cook.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant restaurant/cooking experience
- Able to understand and follow a prep schedule
- Great knife skills
- Able to follow a recipe
- Responsible for correct product storage, including labeling and dating procedures
- Able to follow and uphold cleanliness of the kitchen in line with NYC DOH standards
- Available on weekends, holidays, and nights (restaurant closes at 10pm)
- Ability to perform physical requirements of position including standing and walking for extended periods of time, bending, pulling, pushing, lifting, and carrying up to 50 pounds
- Relatively consistent schedules
- Hourly salary of $19-24 (depending on experience)
- Sous Chef salary based on experience
