Mia’s Bakery is a busy, high-end bakery known for our custom cakes, pastries, and desserts. We’re looking for friendly, dependable people to join our team and help deliver an outstanding experience to every guest.
Position: Bakery Associate
Locations: Brooklyn / Upper East Side
Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide excellent service.
Take orders in person and over the phone.
Handle cash, credit card, and online orders using the POS system.
Package and label cakes, pastries, and other items accurately.
Restock showcases and maintain clean displays.
Keep the counter and customer areas clean and organized.
Assist supervisors and managers with daily operations.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a bakery, café, or customer service setting is a plus (but not required).
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Able to work weekends and holidays.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to handle a fast-paced environment.
