Full-Time Experienced Hostess
Location: Mia's Brooklyn Bakery
Schedule: Full-Time, Open Availability Needed
Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00/hour

Position Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced Hostess with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle busy shifts gracefully. The ideal candidate is confident, personable, and can multitask while maintaining a calm, polished demeanor.
Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
Manage reservations, waitlist, and guest flow
Communicate with the service and management team to ensure smooth operations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entry area
Assist with phone calls, takeout orders, and general inquiries
Provide excellent customer service with genuine warmth and professionalism
Requirements:
2+ year experience as a Hostess in a busy restaurant or café
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Professional appearance and punctuality
Weekend and Holiday availability is a Must
Familiarity with POS or reservation systems (e.g., Square, OpenTable) a plus
