Niku X is a fast-paced, trendy Japanese BBQ & Hotpot spot in the heart of Manhattan, and we’re looking for a Busser / Busser Assistant to keep the vibe flawless and the tables clean. If you move quickly, pay attention to details, and want to be part of a dope team, this is your sign.
What you’ll do (aka the mission):
Clear, reset, and sanitize tables like a pro
Support the servers by keeping the dining room stocked and clean
Bring water, plates, utensils, sauces to tables when needed
Sweep, wipe, organize the floor and station areas
Help maintain the flow so guests leave saying “best meal ever”
Be a silent hero of cleanliness and efficiency
What we want from you:
Hustle mentality (you don’t stand around)
Works well under pressure (BBQ smoke doesn’t scare you)
Team player energy
No experience needed but a restaurant background is a huge plus
Basic English is enough – communication > perfection
Reliable schedule and shows up on time
Can lift dishes, trays, bins, and handle long shifts
