BARTENDERS:
- Candidates must have 1+ years experience as server/bartender in a NYC fine dining restaurant
- Able to quickly learn and adapt to new cuisine and intriquate cocktails and beverages.
- WINE KNOWLEDGE PREFERED.
- Be able to lift up to 40lb
- Ability to articulate menu selections and options, while recommending items when possible
- Prior experience with high end cuisine is preferred
