As our guests’ first point of contact, you’ll set the stage for a memorable visit by ensuring every detail is infused with warmth, energy, and professionalism. From greeting guests with a smile to providing essential information and assisting with seating, your role is essential in delivering a top-notch experience.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests with a warm, friendly demeanor and seat them promptly.
Manage phone inquiries, reservations, and guest flow efficiently.
Provide details about our venue, events, and menu offerings.
Ensure guests are seated in their designated areas for a seamless experience.
Collaborate with the team to maintain an energetic and inviting environment.
Who You Are
You’re bubbly, outgoing, and thrive in a lively, fast-paced setting. You genuinely enjoy connecting with people and are passionate about delivering exceptional service.
Qualifications
Experience: 2+ years in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting preferred.
Skills: Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Knowledge: Familiarity with restaurant etiquette, customer service best practices, and health & safety regulations.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Availability: Must be available weekends, able to work 32+ hours weekly, and ready to start within one week of hire.
