Seeking a Front Desk Agent to work at a Marriott Brand Hotel near JFK airport.

Job Description:
Our Front Desk Agents greet customers with a friendly and sincere welcome; provide accurate information about local attractions and directions to venues; complete the registration process by inputting and retrieving information from a computer system; verifying and processing credit card payment information; answering telephones; field guest complaints; adhere to all company policies and procedures. Nights, weekends, and holidays required.
FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE REQUIRED.
WE ARE VERY FOCUSED ON TAKING CARE OF OUR GUESTS AS WE ARE A MARRIOTT BRANDED PROPERTY.
MUST Have computer skills and the ability to learn hotel operating system, MS office and internet.
Additional Job Requirements:
Must be able to stand for 8 hours.
Hotel experience preferred. We are willing to train.
Ability to work with all types of people and able to Multi-Task.
