Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the juice bar
Manage and train staff to deliver excellent customer service
Ensure health and safety compliance
Maintain inventory and order supplies
Create staff schedules
Handle customer complaints and feedback
Work closely with ownership to achieve sales targets and growth goals
Requirements:
Previous management experience in a food/beverage setting
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Knowledge of health code regulations
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
