REQUIREMENTS: 3 years of experience in high-volume, upscale casual dining environments.
Effective communication skills with management, patrons, and colleagues. Comprehensive knowledge of culinary techniques, including knife skills, plating design, portion control, and precision cooking.
A positive and proactive attitude. Familiarity with kitchen safety procedures.
Capacity to learn and retain new information. Ability to maintain cleanliness, organization, and teamwork.
