Position: Barista (Full-time/Part-time)
Are you passionate about coffee and creating memorable experiences for customers? We're looking for a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic barista to join our team at Cupsoul CaFE. If you love working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and have a knack for making the perfect cup of coffee, we'd love to meet you!
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso drinks to customers
Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere
Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment with care
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
Assist with inventory, stocking, and daily cleaning tasks
Handle cash and process payments accurately
Support team members and contribute to a positive workplace culture
Requirements:
Previous barista experience is necessary .
Passion for coffee and willingness to learn
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Strong communication and customer service skills
Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends
Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20lbs
Must be 18 years or older
