Ideal candidate will have the following:
Staff Requirements:
A minimum of 2 year experience in full service restaurant.
Ability to take direction and work in a team environment.
Understanding and knowledge of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures.
Able to work under pressure and in a cohesive team environment.
Honest and reliable.
Previous experience in a dining environment in similar capacity.
Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Ability to stand for a duration of 6 hours.
