Experienced Restaurant HOSTESS/SERVER needed for established restaurant, located in the trendy Williamsburg neighborhood in Brooklyn, NY.
Must be fluent in English and spanish
PART TIME/DAY/NIGHT TIME POSITION
We are looking for hostess who can take and deliver orders with a polite and friendly attitude, while quick on their feet.
Prospective hires should be available to start immediately once fully trained
You would be the face of our restaurant and responsible for our customers’ experiences.

All candidates must have at least 2+ year(s) experience and knowledge of the POS Software platform.
Job Responsibilities include:
Prepare restaurant bar/tables with special attention to cleanliness and safety
Manage reservations and walk ins
Keep a smooth flow of seating to balance the dining room
Inform servers and bussers about new seatings and large parties
Must be able to stand for an 8 - 10 hour shift
Attend to customers upon entrance
Capable of delivering consistent high quality customer service
Answering phone and taking phone orders
Excellent people skills with friendly attitude
Positive, engaging personality and professional appearance.
Must be able to deal with complaints or problems with a positive and customer oriented approach
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Presenting restaurant menus and providing customers with knowledgeable menu advice on selecting food and/or beverages
Maintaining a safe environment by identifying problem clients
Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Must speak English and Spanish fluently .
