What our Severs do
Create a welcoming dining experience
Use their food and beverage knowledge to guide recommendations and increase sales with effective upselling.
Accurately take and submit orders while coordinating seamlessly with kitchen and bar staff.
Handle guest concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Maintain a polished section, and complete side work.
What you'll do as a busser
Clear and clean tables quickly and efficiently.
Refill water glasses and assist with beverage service.
Help set up tables for new guests.
Ensure the cleanliness of the dining area and restrooms.
Support the team: Assist servers with various tasks and stock supplies.
One year of high volume full-service New York City experience is REQUIRED
If you have a friendly yet professional demeanor, are punctual, attentive, and reliable, you might be the person we are looking for.
Fluency in English is a must, as is the ability to work legally in the United States.
Must be available to start training immediately, we prefer that you have FULL availability.
