Applicants should have a comprehensive background in craft cocktail techniques and be able to memorize complex drink specsWe are not a batched cocktail bar, almost all drinks are measured and made by handThis is labor intensive bartending for those who truly love the craft of making cocktailsSpeed and accuracy are of equal importance
In addition to the 2 shifts currently available some scheduling flexibility is a must, particularly the ability to pick up shifts on weekends if needed
