About Us:
We are a new, restaurant specializing in fresh, delicious pizzas made from scratch. We are passionate about creating memorable dining experiences and are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas, including hand-tossed, thin crust, and specialty options.
Craft dough, sauces, and toppings to ensure consistent quality and flavor.
Operate and maintain pizza ovens and other kitchen equipment.
Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and prepared according to recipes.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
Collaborate with the team to meet customer orders efficiently and accurately.
Assist in menu development and introducing new pizza creations.
Qualifications:
Prior experience as a pizza maker or in a similar kitchen role is preferred but not required (training available for the right candidate).
Knowledge of pizza-making techniques, including dough preparation and topping assembly, is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Passion for food, creativity, and customer satisfaction.
Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
