pappardella is an italian restaurant, serving the neighborhood italian classic comfort food. We are looking for an experienced salad person for an evening position, full time (3pm-11pm, 1 double).
Responsibilities:
-plating cold station and salads for inhouse and deliveries
-assisting plating desserts
- preparing station: making dressings, slicing, chopping meats, cheeses, produce
-keeping station clean
-communicate with chef about specials
Qualifications:
- punctual, responsible, accountable
- good team worker
- familiar with health code
- used to busy environment
- available on weekends
