Critically acclaimed The Lambs Club, under the leadership of Executive Chef/Partner Jack Logue (Zagat 30 under 30, The Clocktower, Betony, Daniel) is seeking dynamic Line cooks to join the kitchen brigade. Candidates will have a strong repertoire of classical and contemporary cooking techniques, and be able to manage multiple departments in a fast paced work environment.
Successful interviewees for Line cooks shall possess skills in organization and leadership as well. Candidates will be extremely detail oriented, have a strong understanding of culinary technique, and possess a sense of urgency as well as a positive attitude. In addition, please have experience in a New York Times rated 2 ,3,4 star restaurant or Michelin 1,2,3 star restaurant. Please be prepared to supply at least 2 positive references.
