The Barley House in Thornwood is looking for an sous chef/lead line cook. We have multiple established locations and plan to continue growing.

You should be organized and driven, passionate and knowledgeable about all things culinary. You'll have the ability and support to create new dishes; daily and weekly specials and new menu items. You should be capable of executing what we already have while pushing us forward with creative and trendy ideas.

You'll be overseeing day to day operations of our kitching while working with our GM in managing inventory, dealing with vendors and maintaining proper food and labor costs.

English/Spanish bilingual is a positive.
