Requirements include:
At least 2 years experience as a line cook in a similar environment.
You have food handler's license in NY
Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
Working efficiently, with a sense of urgency
Experience expediting tickets.
Fast Knife skills.
Ability to work clean and organized.
Positive attitudes are a must
