Positions:
●Direct Care Counselor
Pay: $18.46 – $19.76/hour
Description: Provide hands-on support to individuals with developmental disabilities in daily living activities, ensuring safety and promoting independence.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED, Experience in direct care or human services, Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
●Residence Counselor
Pay: $17.05 – $18.28/hour
Description: Support residents in group homes by assisting with routines, personal care, and community integration.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED, Experience in residential care preferred, Compassionate and team-oriented
●Habilitation Assistant
Pay: $18.28/hour
Description: Help individuals develop life skills through structured activities and personalized support plans.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED, Experience in habilitation or rehabilitation services, Patience and empathy
●Habilitation Specialist
Pay: $18.83/hour
Description: Design and implement habilitation plans tailored to individual needs and monitor progress.
Requirements: Associate or bachelor’s degree in human services, Experience with service planning and documentation, Strong organizational skills
●Community Skills Coach (HSD required. Some college coursework preferred, in fields like human services, special education, or related areas. Experience working with people with disabilities.)
●Respite Worker (Must have HSD/GED. Experience in a caregiving role or healthcare is preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills.)
●Direct Support Professional (Pay: $16.50 - $19.15/hr) (Must have HSD/GED. Ability to communicate effectively in English. Ability to perform physical tasks for clients, including but not limited to bathing, cooking, and cleaning. Ability to move around at least 50 to 75 lbs, valid Driver’s License or No Driving License.)
