Details:
91 y/o woman with unstedy gait (FALL RISK) Right eye vision only, Chronic UTI's, straight catherization for urination, h/o Uterine CA (Remission). Normal Diet, ambulates with walker. Requires assistance in and out of the shower but cleans herself. Requires assistance with applying lotion and with dressing when needed. Requires assist with transport to MD appts and errands. Caregiver will market while client stays home. NO Pets.
Caregiver must have at least two years of experience in home care or facility.
Certification (CNA, HHA, PCA, etc.) preferred but not required
Drivers license required.
