client is a 79 y/o male suffers from dementia, fell ill with pneumonia and discharge is on Friday from rehab. assist adls, meal prep, med reminders, etc.
client would like meet n greets as soon as possible
driver preferred.
Caregiver must have at least two years of experience in home care or facility.
Certification (CNA, HHA, PCA, etc.) preferred but not required
Drivers license and car required.
