Busy Medical Spa is seeking a Medical Assistant
- Knowledge and Experience: non-surgical cosmetic procedures (Botox, Fillers, PDO threads and PRP) and IV Therapy
Full-Time position – Saturday availability is a MUST.
Experience is a MUST MUST MUST.
Communication skills.
Outstanding organization skills are a must with attention to detail.
Maintaining the highest level of client/ patient satisfaction.
Promoting business, practices, values and educating potential patients.
Developing and following protocols for the best patient outcomes.
Patient care: greeting, updating, and filing medical records, handling correspondence, answering telephones, post-treatment calls, and scheduling appointments.
Other responsibilities include being reliable, punctual, and able to multitask.
Portuguese and/or Spanish (is a PLUS) along with fluent English language
