Job Description:
Our current SP is retiring, we are currently seeking a Supervising Pharmacist to lead our pharmacy operations and ensure the highest standards of patient care and regulatory compliance . No prior experience as a supervising pharmacist is required, as we are willing to provide training and support to the right candidate, our pharmacy software is PrimeRx.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily pharmacy operations, including dispensing medications, counseling patients, and managing inventory.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations governing pharmacy practice.
Provide clinical support and medication therapy management services to patients as needed.
Collaborate with healthcare providers and other stakeholders to optimize patient care outcomes.
Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with pharmacy policies and procedures.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and performance evaluations.
Qualifications:
Valid pharmacist license in New York.
Immunization License
Commitment to excellence in patient care and customer service.
Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of pharmacy practice.
