SKILLED LABORERS (All 5 Boroughs)
Starting Pay: $20.00/hr.
Job Essentials & Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of experience on a Construction site.
Must have valid OSHA 40 & SST10 certifications.
Move materials to the worksite and ensure all tools, machinery, and other equipment are safely set up.
Must be able to operate drills, pneumatic hammers, shovels, pikes, and other heavy machinery.
Assist with various electrical and plumbing installation procedures.
Obey health and safety codes.
Remove hazardous materials from sites.
Spreading gravel, asphalt, and other materials over surfaces.
Perform site and equipment inspections.
Completing on-the-job training.
PLUMBER HELPER (Manhattan)
Starting Pay: $20.00/hr.
Job Essentials & Requirements:
Looking for a plumber’s helper to work alongside the mechanics.
Must have a valid OSHA30 and 10-Hour SST (F60 is a plus).
Will be doing general labor-loading/unloading trucks, distributing tools, carrying heavy pipes, cleaning up debris and cutting pipes.
This is a labor-intensive job, expect to do heavy lifting of pipes.
Priority given to candidates with plumbing or plumber helper experience.
Must live in the following Manhattan zip codes: 10026, 10027, 10029, 10030, 10031, 10032, 10033, 10034, 10035, 10037, 10039, or 10040.
