Private school seeking a f/t custodian to be an integral member of our team. We are seeking a reliable self-starter who can provide custodial/maintenance support to ensure smooth functioning of all day-to-day operations.
Duties include but not limited to, cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, trash removal, shampooing rugs, painting, minor plumbing & electrical repairs. Breakdown & set-up for events, supplies inventory & receiving. Move and/or assemble furniture. Strip & wax floors when needed. Seasonal duties include, landscaping and snow removal.
Applicant must be able to work independently, have good communication skills and be able to lift up to 50lbs and be able to climb a ladder.
Employment is contingent upon successful fingerprinting by the Dept of Education, Dept of Investigation & pass a background check.
