We are Creative Outdoor Advertising of America, a US outdoor advertising industry leader, and we’ve been in business since 1984.
We are looking for a reliable and hard-working person to maintain advertising benches in Yonkers, New York and the surrounding area.
Pay Information: $50,000 per year
Schedule: Monday through Friday 7 am – 3 pm
Job Duties: Your primary responsibilities are service visits, repairs, upkeep, and maintenance for the advertising benches in your assigned territory of Yonkers. You will also be responsible for seasonal maintenance for the furniture sites like landscaping, snow removal, and keeping areas surrounding the units clean. Site visits will also include emptying/collecting from the garbage & recycling bins.
In addition, after training is complete, you will oversee a small team of service technicians performing these duties. Organizing and monitoring work on a daily basis.
Our ideal candidate:
Good with technology; tablet, smart phone, email, learn new programs like scheduling & scanner systems
Experience in a managerial or supervisory position overseeing others, setting up schedules and work for a small crew
Comfortable working with their hands and using tools
Thinks outside the box and has good problem-solving skills
Career oriented with a willingness to learn
Able to lift up to 75lbs repeatedly
Enjoys working outdoors in any weather conditioN
Must haves:
Clean driving record
Valid driver’s license and insurance to operate company vehicles
Own transportation (to get to and from the work site)
