Job Duties:
Perform basic painting, plumbing, carpentry, tile work, locksmith and light electrical services
Repair roofs, windows, doors, floors, woodwork, plaster, drywalls and other building structures
Keep building vicinity clear and free of debris
Janitorial work – trash removal, cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, and stairways
Procurement of inventory - supplies, parts, and equipment
Maintain records of all work performed in coordination with facility coordinator
Escort vendors and exterminators throughout facility grounds
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalency
Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing and electrical work
Problem solving - ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues
