SAMPLE DUTIES:
Floors: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and cleaning carpet
Washing and dusting windows, woodwork, doors, desks, walls, and ceilings
Ordering and stocking needed materials and supplies
Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms and adding supplies as needed
Moving equipment and furniture when necessary
Assisting in receiving as needed
Collecting and disposing of waste and recyclables
Snow removal
Maintaining outside sidewalks and assisting in keeping outside premises in an orderly condition
Helping to move items into and out of attic
Assisting in cleanup of emergency situations such as flooding or bathroom backups
Performing related work as required
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous maintenance / janitor / porter experience is a plus
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted and spend a good portion of the working day on your feet
Excellent time management and focus are required
Ability to work full time at the designated hours (including overtime when necessary) is a must – part time shifts are not available
Must communicate well in both written and spoken English
Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
