Staten Island based, NYC law firm specializing in plaintiff's medical malpractice and personal injury in NY and NJ seeking Associate Attorney. Wide range of responsibilities, i.e. case intake, phone contact, meeting and signing up new clients, regular client contact to follow up and update, working up files, research and writing, drafting pleadings, discovery demands/responses and motions, taking and defending depositions, court appearances, assisting in trial preparation and jury trials, etc. Must be proficient in legal research and writing, use of email/internet, word processing, law firm case management software (will provide), etc. Some experience preferred but not required.
