Midtown Plaintiff's Personal Injury Firm seeks an experienced Portuguese-speaking legal assistant to work with attorneys, paralegals and clients to schedule and coordinate medical appointments; arrangement transportation, if needed; and confirm all arrangements/times with clients. Candidate will also work with clients and attorneys to obtain funding, meet with clients and maintain funding records in our case management system.
Excellent computer skills and previous law office experience required. We are seeking someone who has good people skills, can work independently, is reliable, punctual, organized and motivated.
