The funds of loan in the amount of 3,962,000 have been raised without being licensed, registered or SEC approved, by offering mortgage-backed securities to third party individual investors nationwide (USA).
3 of the investors have used retirement and trust accounts to fund the loan.
Florida State law and SEC rules and regulations have been violated and simply ignored by our Lender who has accumulated a total of 35,000,000 + in real estate assets using a similar schemes of unlicensed and unregistered funds raising.
