Our team is professional, supportive, and highly committed to client care. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Immigration Attorney to join our firm.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a New York and or New Jersey attorney with 1 (one) to 3 (three) years of experience in immigration law to handle a diverse caseload, including family-based, employment-based and business immigration matters. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

Manage and prepare immigration filings, including EB1, EB2, E-2, H-1B, L-1, I-140, I-485, N-400, waivers, asylum, and family-based petitions

Communicate with clients to gather documentation and provide case updates

Conduct legal research and draft legal briefs, cover letters, and supporting documents

Represent clients before USCIS and immigration courts (if licensed for EOIR practice)

Maintain accurate and timely case records

Collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality service and case efficiency

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Active license to practice law in New York or New Jersey

1-3 years of experience in immigration law required

Strong understanding of both immigration law, family law and employment-based immigration

Exceptional writing, communication, and organizational skills

Fluency in at least one foreign language (preferred languages include Spanish, French, Russian, or others

Preferred Skills:

Ability to manage high-volume caseloads

Experience with USCIS and EOIR filings

Familiarity with immigration case management software (e.g., Docketwise)
