We are an immigration law firm and are seeking to immediately hire an Uzbek speaking experienced immigration paralegal to join our legal team. The paralegal will be responsible for drafting immigration forms, motions and pleadings; legal research; reviewing client files and advising clients regarding necessary documents; compiling documents for hearings; meeting with clients; attending weekly meetings with attorneys; and general tasks assigned by attorneys for completion of client files.
Must have experience with a high-volume practice and be able to work independently, under pressure, and meet deadlines.
We require at least one full year of experience handling asylum cases and fluency in Uzbek.
This is a full-time in office position (this is not a remote or hybrid position). The hours are Monday – Friday from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. The starting salary is $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 yearly (depending on experience) plus overtime, weekly and yearly bonuses, fully paid medical and dental insurance (no employee contributions), 401k plan with matching, paid time off, and a tremendous opportunity for growth.
