Almost completely remote work except for occasional required appearances. You should have at least been a licensed attorney-at-law to practice law in New York at some point. If you’ve been permanently or temporarily disbarred or censured or can only work as a law clerk because of these issues but have the above requested experience, that’s ok with explanation as long as you are reliable, and hourly rate will be adjusted downward. If currently licensed, malpractice insurance is preferred.
