We represent some of the leading clean energy companies and are looking for an
Assistant Client Relationship & Recruiting Manager to assist in the clean energy expansion of the Long Island & NYC market.
As an Assistant Client Relationship & Recruiting Manager you will be responsible for connecting senior representatives with new potential business accounts as well as prospecting, sourcing, screening and connecting candidates with senior recruiters to meet current and future
hiring goals.
Entry level position. Ideal candidates will be detailed orientated with a sharp business mentality, Outgoing go-getters, able to multitask and maintain effective communication for both business connection and networking as well as recruiting and hiring purposes throughout multiple channels.
You will leverage all available
resources to source new business connections and obtain new recruits including but not limited to:
Networking, Social Media, In Person Field Recruiting, Existing Business Relationships.
You will report directly and be working closely with the regional manager.
Full Time: Base + Bonuses + Residual. Average Assistant Client relationship & Recruiting Manager compensation is $70k+ per year
