The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and strategic thinker with the following capabilities:
Visual Design Mastery: Demonstrate excellence in all areas of graphic design, creating compelling visuals for digital and print media.
Content Production: Ability to film and capture new content with ease, transforming design and build projects into engaging short-form video and photo assets.
Brand Strategy: Generate fresh ideas that are consistently based on our company's unique story and personality.
Communication & Collaboration: Be an excellent communicator, able to clearly articulate creative concepts and collaborate across teams.
Content Planning: Maintain a detailed content calendar for all marketing avenues (social media, email marketing, blog) to ensure consistent execution.
Process Management: Implement an efficient organizational system for content review and approval.
Goal-Oriented: Establish and track short- and long-term measurable goals for all content initiatives to drive brand growth.
