Position: Lead Provider – Junk Removal Services

Location: Remotely

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated lead provider to generate high-quality leads for our junk removal business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating targeted leads, preferably in the home services or junk removal industry. You will be responsible for utilizing a variety of strategies to bring in qualified leads, ensuring they meet our service area and customer requirements.

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation Strategy: Develop and implement lead generation strategies using a combination of SEO, PPC (Google Ads/Facebook Ads), social media marketing, content marketing, and partnerships with lead-generation platforms.

Target Audience Identification: Identify key customer segments (residential, commercial, construction, etc.) and generate leads that fit our service offering.

SEO & Organic Search: Optimize the website and Google My Business profile to attract organic leads through search engine results for junk removal services.

Paid Advertising: Run targeted PPC and social media ad campaigns that focus on attracting leads actively seeking junk removal.

Lead Qualification: Screen and qualify incoming leads to ensure they are serious, within our service area, and ready to convert.

Follow-Up Process: Develop a follow-up strategy (email or phone) to ensure leads are nurtured and converted into customers.

Reporting & Analytics: Provide regular updates and reports on lead performance, including metrics such as lead volume, conversion rates, and cost per lead.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in lead generation, ideally within the junk removal, home services, or related industries.

Knowledge of SEO best practices and paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).

Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively qualify and follow up on leads.

Analytical mindset with a focus on results and ROI.

How Leads Will Be Generated:

SEO & Organic Search: Optimize our website for keywords related to junk removal to generate ongoing organic traffic.

PPC Campaigns: Use targeted ads to attract customers actively searching for junk removal services.

Social Media Marketing: Create ads and posts that appeal to individuals and businesses needing junk removal.

Lead Generation Websites: Collaborate with platforms like Thumbtack and HomeAdvisor to capture relevant leads.

Referral Programs: Implement a strategy for encouraging customer referrals.

Lead Frequency:

Daily/Weekly: For paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook), we will receive leads daily, with performance reviews and adjustments made weekly.

Ongoing: SEO efforts will build over time, generating leads consistently on a weekly basis once optimized.

Monthly Reports: Lead performance, conversion rates, and overall ROI will be tracked and reported on a monthly basis.

Compensation:
