Job Description:

As a Social Media / Content Creator / Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in our marketing efforts by creating engaging content, managing social media accounts, and assisting with various marketing initiatives. You will work closely with the management team to develop and execute strategies that promote our brand, products, and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, create, and manage content for social media platforms (Instagram and Tik Tok, mostly)

Plan and execute social media campaigns to drive engagement, reach, and conversions.

Monitor social media trends and make recommendations to improve our online presence.

Assist in the development of marketing materials, such as graphics, videos, and blog posts.

Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive landscape.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement digital marketing strategies.

Analyze social media and content performance metrics and provide insights for optimization.

Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build a strong online community.

Support other marketing tasks and projects as needed.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or Marketing Assistant.

Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.

Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.

Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software.

Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics tools.

Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and brand building.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
