We are looking for a motivated and organized Part-Time Marketing Assistant to join our team. This role involves working closely with the Marketing and Sales Team.

Responsibilities:
Assist in organizing and promoting Conference
Signing up affiliates, speakers, influencers on a daily basis
Working on various tasks including challenges, webinars and summits
Must be extremely organized
Extremely strong communication and phone skills.
Ability to work on various projects with a get job done attitude.
Follow up with contacts to confirm participation and gather necessary information
Help build a team of expo speakers, and influencers
Zoom meetings a+
Writing skills a+
Qualifications:
Previous experience in marketing, event planning, or conferences
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Word, Excel, Google Docs, Powerpoint and Zoom
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and in a team
Outgoing and Friendly
Amazing Follow up Skills
Availability to work 20-30+ hours
