We are seeking positive individual to join our team as a Waffle Baker in the back of the kitchen. (food experience preferred, but we will be able to train you)
As a member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for learning to pour waffle batter into waffle irons, packing and cleaning.
Responsibilities: Cook waffles to perfection
- Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all waffle products
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to maintain food safety standards
-Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation as needed
- Uphold company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for producing high-quality food
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
