Temporary - Permanent Clinical Director (LMSW/LCSW) – Bronx, NY
Top NYC agency is seeking a Clinical Director to provide supervision and leadership for case management and clinical staff within a human services program.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and guide case management staff.
Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Local mandates.
Review and sign off on client case records and assessments.
Conduct staff supervision and departmental meetings.
Collaborate with Program Director to strengthen program operations.
Qualifications:
NYS LMSW or LCSW required.
Master’s degree in Social Work.
2+ years supervisory experience in social services.
Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5:30 PM (oncall)Pay: Competitive
