Are you a highly organized, proactive, and energetic individual ready to be the vital right-hand person to the Managing Director ("The Driving Force") in our thriving and multifaceted foodservice and catering group? We're a close-knit team seeking a serious, dedicated assistant to streamline operations and drive growth across diverse catering divisions.
About the Role:
This is a hands-on role supporting the Managing Director with professional and personal tasks. We need someone who can take initiative, execute projects independently, excel at organization, possess strong communication and tech skills (especially Excel), solve problems effectively, and provide reliable personal assistance. You'll be key in pushing forward initiatives like new budgeting and tech implementation.
Ideal Candidate:
While experience in foodservice (chef, foodie background) or business management is a plus, we're open to a sharp, organized new starter with strong business acumen and critical thinking. You must be a proactive "hustler" with a calm, thoughtful approach, ready to take ownership and drive projects. We value individuals who are consistently positive and joyful, yet assertive in achieving results with a smile.
