We are seeking an Estimator / Assistant Project Manager support our estimating and project management teams on some of NYC’s most dynamic construction projects.
Responsibilities
Assist Project Managers with project coordination, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
Perform quantity takeoffs and develop accurate material and labor estimates.
Prepare bid packages and coordinate subcontractor/vendor pricing.
Track project costs, budgets, and progress reports.
Support jobsite walkthroughs, meetings, and safety documentation.
Maintain organized records, logs, and digital project files.
Communicate daily with superintendents, vendors, and clients.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
0–2 years of experience in construction, estimating and project coordination (internships count).
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Pro Core and estimating software (On-Screen / Quick Bid a plus).
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
