Receptionist bilingual Russian/English is needed for Home Care Office in Rego Park, Queens.
Must have good computer skills: Outlook, Microsoft Word/Excel.
Knowledge of HHA exchange System is a plus.
The Receptionist is responsible for various office functions that includes, but not limited to areas such as reception, personnel recruitment, establishing appointments, processing billing transmittals, correspondence, payroll, filing, answering telephones, typing, word processing assisting with human resources/recruitment projects.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
RECEPTION/CLERICAL:
Takes telephone messages and directs incoming calls.
Makes appointments for recruitment interviews.
Manages incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence.
Makes photocopies and sends/receives faxes as requested.
Maintains logs, rosters, mailing lists.
Processes invoices and billing information checking against schedules, requests, orders
Maintains administrative schedules current
HUMAN RESOURCES:
Coordinates recruitment interviews
Screens candidates regarding submission of required documents
Schedules orientation and in-service sessions as directed by DPS
Processes applications/documents/files/faxes
PAYROLL:
Collects time sheets and submits to staffing coordinators for verification of hours in a timely fashion.
Prepares PTO form for submission to payroll.
SUPPLIES:
Participates in monthly supply ordering for clinical and office supplies
Maintains supply quotas established, ensures availability of chart forms, etc.
Organizes and manages supply closet in an orderly fashion.
Participates in agency QI Activities, as directed.
Other tasks as requested.
