Title: Receptionist
Location: Mid-Westchester County
Salary: $22.00 per hour straight time, $33.00 per hour overtime
Hours: 7:30AM to 5PM, 30 minute PAID lunch (so there is guaranteed overtime)
Answer all incoming calls (from clients, vendors, external staff, etc.), ascertain reason for call, attempt to solve the issue and if not, get the caller to the correct party.
Follow up with caller to ensure resolution.
