As an established real estate owner/management company in business for 80+ years, we are continually growing and stronger than ever, and we are looking for a Doorman to join our Scarsdale, NY team!
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Customer service oriented person to greet and escort tenants and visitors by opening doors, carrying bags and/or suitcases, record all package deliveries, hailing taxicabs;
Liaise with superintendent and property manager of the building as needed with tenant related or building related matters;
Screen all incoming vendors and non-residential visitors; and directs delivery workers to the delivery entrance of building. Announces all visitors to appropriate tenants;
Follow company security and fire safety procedures of the building;
Reports and/or removes unauthorized or undesirable people from the premises.
Qualifications include but are not limited to:
Must present a neat appearance and wear uniform at all times
Must have a high school diploma or the equivalent GED
good command of the English language
Prior experience as a Bellhop, Doorman or in Security preferred, but not necessary
