We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented In-House Listings & Phone Sales Agent to manage and sell our exclusive portfolio of real estate properties. This individual will focus solely on the company’s listings — no outside clients — and will play a key role in marketing, listing, and selling land and development properties across multiple platforms.
We require you to come in office 1 Day per week.
This role is perfect for someone passionate about real estate, online marketing, and closing deals — but does not require a real estate license. You’ll work directly with real estate platforms to post listings, handle inbound buyer calls, and even assist with acquiring new land opportunities for future development.
Key Responsibilities
1. Listings & Marketing
Create, post, and manage property listings on multiple online platforms (Zillow, Realtor.com, LandWatch, Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, LoopNet, etc.)
Write compelling descriptions, upload photos, and ensure listings are optimized for visibility and conversion.
Monitor ad performance and adjust strategy to increase inquiries and sales.
Coordinate with platform advisors to keep listings fresh and professional.
2. Phone Sales & Client Relations
Respond promptly to all property inquiries via phone, email, and text.
Qualify leads, answer property-related questions, and follow up consistently to close deals.
Use CRM GoHighLevel to manage leads and maintain communication logs.
3. Acquisition & Research
Identify and evaluate new parcels of land for purchase.
Research zoning, pricing trends, and comparable sales.
Present recommendations on land acquisition opportunities that align with the company’s growth strategy.
4. Coordination & Reporting
Track inquiries, showings, offers, and sales to report weekly performance metrics.
Maintain confidentiality and handle all transactions with professionalism and integrity.
Qualifications
Experience in real estate, property sales, or related customer service/sales role preferred.
Excellent communication and phone sales skills — ability to build rapport and close deals.
Strong writing and organizational skills for managing multiple listings.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in online listing platforms and CRM tools.
Self-motivated, dependable, and results-driven.
No real estate license required — training provided.
Compensation
Base Pay + Commission: Competitive base with commission on every closed sale and bonus for new land acquisitions.
